A fully capable, simple-to-operate,
ready to "plug & print" high-resolution ink jet coding
system.
Griffin-Rutgers announces
the availability of Sauven Marking's compact, multi-purpose
Sauven 6000 ink jet coder for on-line, ultra high resolution
printing of text, special characters, barcodes or graphics
onto corrugated cases and other porous materials and
non-porous packaging materials and products.
Features of the Sauven
6000 include a compact, fully integrated system consisting
of a print head, control panel, triggering sensor and ink
cartridge all in one single unit; single or continuous repeating
messages that can be printed at up to 100 meters a minute;
bar code printing at 30 meters a minute; standard software
offering 3 character heights, up to 4 print lines, bar codes
and a selection of logos; light, normal and bold fonts;
incremental date, time, shift and count; pictorial function
keys; 99 stored messages; multi languages; a non hazardous
ink cartridge that contains the ink in a unique push-fit
replaceable cartridge; and auto voltage select. Additional
options include a remote print head for products where space
is restricted or for printing on to the top surface of a
product and a variable speed encoder.

Sauven 6000 Features

The
Sauven 6000 uses new technology high-speed
piezo jets to create any characters, barcodes,
or graphics
in an ultra high-resolution format. Simply attach the
Sauven printer to your production line and
start printing
with a bold jet black image essential for barcodes.

INK CARTRIDGE
Not only does the Sauven use a black pigmented
oil based or solvent based black ink for easy jet
control and dense black image, but the ink is contained
in a unique push-fit replaceable cartridge. Simple
and clean! |

PRINT YOUR
PRODUCT
Sauven offers 3 character heights, up to 4 print
lines, bar codes, and a selection of logos. Single
or continuous repeating messages can be printed
at up to 300 feet per minute. Variable speed encoders
or the auto-repeat function will give you perfect
high-resolution print. |

For shrink-wraps trays and other products where
space is restricted, or for printing onto the top
surface of a product, the remote print head is the
