Standard Features

• Series 4 microprocessor controlled, stepper driven label applicators.  This includes a speed following package with encoder and speed ratio adjustments.
• Stainless steel sided conveyor, available in 6 to 10 ft lengths as a standard.  Special lengths are available.
• Non-marring, adjustable guide rails.  The guide rail holders have a "toolless" locking knob allowing for simple product changeovers.
• Integrated top stabilizer.  This device is spring loaded allowing for height variances in the product of up to 1 inch.  The top stabilizer can be supplied with either a mechanical drive or an electronic following drive.
• Adjustable four (4) axis head supports.  The adjustments are scaled allowing for simple and repeatable changeovers.
• Enclosed main electronics cabinet.  The main cabinet comes in a wide variety in NEMA ratings and includes a locking main power disconnect.
