Custom Labeling Systems: All
of the equipment we produce is constructed with a modular,
open frame design. This allows us to customize and
modify the equipment as needed. Often an application
will be so unusual, that modified equipment will not fill the customer’s
needs. In these cases, we will design and manufacture a piece
of labeling equipment from the ground up with one specific

3-Roller Wrap with Orientation
The labeling system shown at right was built to register and apply a label to the cap of a high end perfume bottle. That's not the tough part. The label is extremely narrow at less than 3/8" inch wide and has to be placed in between two framing bars molded into the side of the cap. (View larger images.)

Custom Pencil Labeling System
This machine is a pencil labeling system, normally used to apply the small barcode labels to high end art pencils, eyeliner and lipliner pencils. The product flow is from Left to Right. A motorized hopper feeds the pencil to the infeed conveyor and then the pencil moves past our Series 3 labeling head. Over the years we have manufactured several of these machines, even a high speed model for 200PPM. |

Custom Carton Labeling System
This system demonstrates our ability to work with other industry OEMs or with equipment the customer may already have in-house. In this case a distributor brought a carton feeding system to us so we could integrate one of our Series 3 labeling heads with an extended label peel plate for reaching down to the cartons. We built the base, mounted the feed system and integrated the labeler. A lot of the cartons run on this labeling system are crash bottom boxes. |

Custom Baby Swing Labeler
This was truly a customized machine. The customer needed to place four (4) labels to four (4) sides of the top of a baby’s hanging rocker swing, one of Graco’s children’s products. In order to transport the product we needed to supply an 18” wide cleated conveyor. We integrated four (4) separate labeling heads, our Series 4, for handling the large labels. It might be large system with the four (4) labeling heads but it solved the customer's complex problem. Let us label you a success! |
