Precision Roller Coding Unit Prints on Any Material

These precision roller coding units can be mounted to virtually any base machine.  They use flexographic ink to print on any material in continuous strip or web form, such as: PAPER, FABRIC, RUBBER, HARDBOARD, LINOLEUM, FOIL, PLASTIC, METAL etc.  The wide variety of inks and colors available allows for excellent adhesion, color fastness, water resistance, steam sterilization, freezing temperatures and non-migration.  The type drum rotates by frictional contact with material being marked to give random or continuous print. Alternatively a drive shaft may be fitted so that the type drum can be driven from a base machine.
