Mini Wrap Labeling System Specifications

Standard Features

Stepper driven label applicator with thumb wheel controls.
Three (3) foot long belted conveyor with variable speed metering wheel and A/C drive motor.
Wrap station and foam pressure plate. Both the wrap station and pressure plate are adjustable allowing for quick container set-up and changeover.
Adjustable guide rails. The guide rail holders have a "toolless" locking knob allowing for simple product changeover. The surfaces of the rails are made from a low friction, non-marring material.

Available Options

Clear label sensor, required for transparent labels.
Hot stamp date lot coder.
Leg extensions allowing for automatic line integration.
Many other options available.
