Series Six Print and Apply Label Applicator Specifications

Standard Features

• U arm style mounting that allows the labeler to be mounted from the top, bottom or side of the product.
• 12" O.D. tension controlled label unwind / supply reels.
• Rewind motor with adjustable tension control.
• Push button controls for product delay and tamp dwell.  These controls allow for ease of set up and operation.
• The applicator is PLC controlled.  An expanded device is used to allow for the simple integration of an alarm package or external triggers.

Available Options

• Complete alarm package to include:  End of label, Approaching end of label, Printer out of ribbon and Low printer ribbon. This package includes an amber and red alarm light.
• Upgrade to larger label unwinds and wider web widths.
• Swing tamp kit for front and multi panel applications.
• Can be linked to bar code readers and data acquisition systems.
