Griffin Rutgers Presents the Mini-Wrap Table Top Unit: A Versatile Wrap Labeler
The Mini Wrap is designed to fill the gap between semi-automatic labeling machines and fully automatic label applicators. Competitively priced with semi-automatic units, it is well constructed with a small footprint and has many features that are found on full framed wrap systems.
Labeling Machinery for Tapered Containers from Griffin-Rutgers
This label applicator is designed to wrap labels around tapered containers. The application requires that a "Banana cut" style label is used to match the taper of the container. We have overcome the label skew issue by partially pre-dispensing the label and finishing the application at the wrap station.
Three Panel Labeling Applicators from Griffin Rutgers
Three panel label applications on square and rectangular cases have become common place. So much so, Re-Pack has designed a line of labeling machines specifically for these applications. They even manufacture a machine that can quickly be changed over from 3 panel to single panel or wrap label application. Labeling applicators are great for boxes and cartons, round containers, three panel applications, security labels, and much more!
Customizable Carton Labeling Machinery from Griffin-Rutgers
All of the labeling machines we sell are constructed with a modular, open frame design allowing us to customize and modify the label applicators as needed. At times, an application will be so unusual, that modified equipment will not fill the customer's needs. In these cases, we will design and manufacture a piece of labeling equipment from the ground up with one specific application in mind: Yours!
Griffin Rutgers Presents the Robo-Wrap Applicator
The Re-pack Robo Wrap label applicator is designed to label round products ranging from a quarter inch O.D. to a three inch O.D. The product is placed by hand into an in-feed chute. As the product exits the chute, it is transferred to an indexing starwheel. The starwheel then rotates the product to the labeling station where a label is applied and wrapped around a product. The decorated product is then indexed to an out-feed chute where it is removed from the applicator.
Griffin Rutgers Presents the Table Top Tamp
Re-Pack manufactures a wide variety of table top labeling machinery. This machine is perfectly suited for containers that have unusual shapes and may be difficult to handle. With standard features such as removable tamp pads and adjustable product fixtures, the tabletop tamp is versatile and easy to change over. The low purchase price and simple installation make this system an excellent choice for the budget minded customer or the first time buyer. Labeling applicators are great for boxes and cartons, round containers, three panel applications, security labels, and much more!
The Four Panel Corner Wrap from Griffin Rutgers
The four panel corner wrap is an excellent example of the flexibility that is designed into all of our Re-Pack labeling machines. A customer asked that we develop a system to apply labels to all four corners of a carton. By adapting the corner wrap application devices, normally used on the Series 6 print and apply, to the Series 4 label applicator a complete turnkey system including a case taper was provided.
